Refund policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your Huffaz purchase. If you’re not happy with your bag, we’re here to help.

• Returns: You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return an item.

• Condition: To be eligible for a return, your bag must be unused, in the same condition that you received it, and in its original packaging.

• Process: To start a return, please contact us at huffazstore6@gmail.com or call us at 03181382818. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

• Refunds: Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you. If approved, the refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
